Limited Equipment Workouts

Any time you don't have access to a full gym, here are a few workout options that require minimal equipment to complete.

Workout 1) 5 Rounds for time

a. 8-15 Air Squats

b. 8-15 chest press 

c. 8-15 leg raises in hollow position 

Workout 2) 12 min AMRAP

a. 16 split squats

b. 12 banded rows or DB Bent Over Rows

c. 8 thrusters

d. 4 Push-ups

Workout 3) 4 Rounds

Round 1 30 sec, Round 2 35 sec, round 3 40 sec, round 4 45 sec

a.  DB RDL’s or KB swings 

b. Lateral lunges

c.  Banded side leg raises 

d. Plank pass throughs
