65 Single Unders or POGO Jumps

30 Squats

22 burpees

  • AMRAMP 20 min for the day
  • 6 and 65 for June 1965
  • 30 is for the number of months it took to free the last slaves
  • 22 represents the current year and the fight for justice we are still fighting for today

Any time you don't have access to a full gym, here are a few workout options that require minimal equipment to complete.

Workout 1) 5 Rounds for time

30 Hip Thrusts w/ shoulders on couch

20 Hollow Rocks

10 Goblet Squats
