30 Squats
22 burpees
- AMRAMP 20 min for the day
- 6 and 65 for June 1965
- 30 is for the number of months it took to free the last slaves
- 22 represents the current year and the fight for justice we are still fighting for today

Any time you don't have access to a full gym, here are a few workout options that require minimal equipment to complete.
