Limited Equipment Workouts

Any time you don't have access to a full gym, here are a few workout options that require minimal equipment to complete.

Workout 1) 5 Rounds for time

20 Air Squats

10 Push-ups

5 Pull-ups

Workout 2) 12 min AMRAP

16 Reverse Lunges

12 Bent Over DB Rows

8 Burpees

4 Push-ups

Workout 3) 3 Rounds

30 Hip Thrusts w/ shoulders on couch

30 Plank Shoulder Taps

20 DB RDL's

20 Hollow Rocks

10 Goblet Squats

10 V-ups
