Spring 2020 Virtual Bruin MindFit:
A virtual mindful movement and meditation course that teaches several effective stress-management tools. Classes are 30 minutes long and meet via Zoom twice a week for four weeks.
Each class session has a different but complementary mindfulness focus: 1- Success at School with improved learning skills 2- Focus, Presence & Calm 3- Stress & Anxiety Reduction, Management & Prevention 4- Enhanced Physical Awareness, Breathing, Energy & Fitness 5- Improved Wellness - Balance, Fulfillment & Happiness 6- Enhanced Health, Sleep, & Nutrition 7- Mindful Time Management & Prioritization and 8- Self Expression & Social Integration.
