Instructional Classes for Students & Rec Members
Most in-person programs and classes require an active Rec Membership at the time of registration and throughout the duration of program.
Intro to Barbell
- Learn basic barbell movements like the deadlift, front squat, back squat, overhead press, and bench
Intro to Strength Training
- Learn the basics of strength and conditioning, including how to use dumbbells, kettlebells, and machines
Pilates Reformer
- Pilates Reformer challenges your entire body with great attention to the core using the reformer, which contains a platform that moves back and forth along a carriage. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility
Power Lifting
- Advanced course focusing on the deadlift, squat, and bench. Intro to Barbell strongly recommended
Intro to Body Building
- Introductory course for strength training specifically for muscle development and body sculpting
Olympic Lifting
- Advanced course focusing on the clean, jerk, and snatch. Intro to Barbell strongly recommended
