Moving more and sitting less throughout the day can lead to less pain, reduced stress, decreased disease risk, increased focus, and greater happiness!

With the Bruin P.A.W.S system, you increase standing, activity, and exercise throughout the day for a more positive, clear, creative mind and a pain free body! Bruin P.A.W.S. encourages fully focused work blocks followed by short movement, mindset or fueling breaks alternated throughout the day. A balance of work blocks and breaks will help you to de-stress, free the mind, and ultimately leads to greater focus and productivity!


Workshop #1 - Bruin P.A.W.S. Preparation, Daily Actions & Movement Breaks: Weds 9/15 from 12:00-1:00p.m. via Zoom. Join us for the first Bruin P.A.W.S. workshop as we share best practices for preparing your office, kitchen, and social environment for active working. Learn the basics of Bruin P.A.WS and leave the workshop with actionable steps to get prepared and change the way you work! Register Here

Workshop #2- Bruin P.A.W.S. Mindset Shift Tools: Fri 10/1 from 12:00-1:00p.m. via Zoom. In the second workshop of the series, you’ll discover how to use the Bruin P.A.W.S. Mindset tools to shake off your stress, reset and refocus your energy, or move your mood from sluggish to invigorated.
