The Teaching Kitchen was developed as an educational, interactive space to meet the needs of the campus community in areas of nutrition education, food insecurity, culinary skills, and community engagement. Programs will range from Medical School students, to faculty and staff wellness programs, to summer camps, to student groups.

Hosted on Instagram Live

Ask the Chef - every other Friday, 12-1p (10/9, 10/23, 11/6, 11/20, 12/4)
1 hour sessions on Instagram discussing specific topics each week with various guest co-hosts who are experts in their field

Microwave Gourmet - Friday, 12-1p (10/30, 11/13, 12/11)
2-3 easy recipes per week made in the microwave and/or cold items that can be made with basic tools (knife, cutting board, bowl)
