As an option for one of your scheduled P.A.W.S. breaks, choose from either our Mindset Motivation videos that provide encouraging pep talks on how to stay motivated while making healthy lifestyle changes or from our Mindset Movement Shifters videos which feature movements and exercises that will help you move your mood from sluggish to invigorated, stressed to relaxed or contracted to expand in your overall energy.
