Follow the steps below to create daily actions to get started with Bruin P.A.W.S.

Step 1: Plan your work blocks and breaks for the day.

Step 2:Set a timer or alert for your first work block.

Step 3: Begin focused work.

Step 4: When your work block is over, take the type of short break you need.

  1. Mindset Break - (visit the Mindset page)
  2. Movement Break - (visit the Move page)
  3. Hydration/Fueling Break - (visit the Fuel page)

Repeat steps 2-4 for several cycles.

Step 5: After several work/break blocks, take a longer break to move, fuel, or change your mood.

Step 6:Reflect on your achievements, record your total minutes of exercise, and celebrate.
